🔹The B.I.G Dreams Academy is a 9-week immersive basketball development program for serious young athletes who want real results - not watered down reps.
🔹There’s nothing like this anywhere in the United States- and it’s right here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
🔹We keep the same 55+ athletes together for the full 9 weeks, building real habits, real chemistry, and real growth. This isn’t a camp. This is a true academy environment built to sharpen skill, raise basketball IQ, and develop complete players.

🧠What Athletes Train:
🏀 Daily Film Breakdown: Players study game film every day and immediately apply it on the court through game-real situations and decision-making drills
🏀 Elite Skill Development (Daily):
🔹Shooting, ball handling, footwork, and scoring fundamentals.
🔹1v1, 3v3, 5v5 gameplay.
🔹Small-sided advantage games (4v3, 3v2, 2v1)
🔹Toughness training and competitive scenarios.
🔹Situational drills that translate directly to games.
🏀 Basketball-Specific Performance Training: Daily focus on agility, mobility, body control, movement mechanics, and basketball-specific athletic performance. Everything we do is purpose-driven and basketball-specific.

Monday - Thursday | 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
4th & 5th grade train together
6th and 7th grade train together
(Adjustments made for athletes who need a greater challenge.)

Cruz "Ace" Valeriano –
Founder, CEO & Lead Trainer
A highly respected professional basketball skills trainer with over 20 years of experience in coaching and player development. As the CEO and founder of B.I.G. Dreams Academy, he has trained athletes from youth to pro levels, earning a reputation as one of the Midwest's premier trainers. Ace’s expertise lies in skill enhancement, game IQ development, and elite-level training, helping players maximize their potential both on and off the court.
Cruz “Tre” Valeriano –
Lead Trainer for 4th-7th Grade
A former top Wisconsin high school player, collegiate athlete, now pursuing a professional basketball career. Training athletes since he was 14, honing his craft and under the mentorship of his father, Coach Ace, Tre has worked with both youth and elite-level players. Specializing in skill development, game IQ, and performance training, his passion and attention to detail make him an invaluable part of B.I.G. Dreams.
